Return & Exchange Policy

We offer refunds within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase you will not be offered a refund.
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Achievo Records, does not refund the shipping price for packages that are returned as a result of no receipt, failure to respond to notification, incomplete and/or incorrect address, or that the recipient cannot be reached at the delivery address, and has failed to indicate the place of delivery.
